For showrooms in Trade Marts, our RFID Reader connects to your PC and allows you to scan a visitor's SYNQ CARD. This card contains all of a buyer's information in one tiny chip: Billing Address, Shipping Address, Areas of Interest and other vital stats. With one wave, the buyer's info is in your system, ready for order processing. At peak show times, you won't have to deal with entering a new customer's information manually before entering an order for them.

For Trade Show exhibitors in booths, SYNQWARE offers the handheld SmartSynq device. This device stores information from up to 8000 SYNQ cards, ready for download into a PC through the USB port.
